Victoria Sapientes Elegit the minimalist blog by syarif

Much have asked about the logo that I've started to use in my blog as well as on my computer desktop background; so heres my explanation.

Since i was young, I have read numerous stories about glorious knights and warriors from all over the world. Most (if not all) of them came from a nobel family - or at least end up being a nobel - and have numerous generations of nobel child. They can be Sir Richard Roxmound of Lochland, Antoinne Benoire of Deux to The Karamiti of Africa.

One thing in common these people have (apart from the wealth and greatness) is a family emblem. And also a family motto.

Thus, this emblem is a mark of Syarif generation - the logo for the WoOZP clan. I have this fantasy of creating my own legacy, and I truly believe that at the very least at this point of life I just create a "coat of arm" with the appropriate logo.

The emblem is actually the claw of the dragon to signify courage, wealth and prosperity. The three main things that we need in life.

The latin words of "victoria sapientes elegit" means "victory chooses the wise". Personally, I have chosen this motto as with courage we can win wealth and prosperity, but courage alone might not be enough, thus brain and brawns must be used. Courage with expertise will create a wise man. When a wise man is on the battlefield of life, he will be chosen to triumph in life.

I want everyone under my progeny to win.
